India vs. WI series to commence from tomorrow; Kohli’s post fuels rift rumours

The Indian cricket team has arrived in the United States for the upcoming month-long T20, ODI, and Test series against the West Indies commencing from Saturday.  To mark the event, Captain Virat Kohli has posted a picture of the teammates on Twitter with a caption ‘SQUAD’.
In the picture, Ravindra Jadeja, Navdeep Saini, Khaleel Ahmed, Shreyas Iyer, Krunal Pandya, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and KL Rahul can be seen posing alongside Kohli but vice captain Rohit Sharma is missing. This again has sparked speculations about a rift between Kohli and Sharma and cricket fans are no doubt asking about the same

A cricket fan Arjun Srivastava posted an upfront question on Twitter “Where is Rohit Sharma”, while Gaurav Varmani wrote, “Hey @imVkohli if everything is alright in your team and dressing room, why every time you post a pic with team members @ImRo45 always go missing??”
Another Twitteratti wrote, “But here missing one legendary ““““rohit sharma”””” where is he? he should be here with u guys”

Ever since India exited the World Cup in the semifinals, rumour mills have been running rife that not all is well between Kohli and Rohit. Interestingly, Rohit unfollow Kohli on social media and then, Anushka Sharma too unfollowed Rohit Sharma, which again fuelled the rumours.
However, both Kohli and headcoach Ravi Shastri have been denying reports about any tiff between the two.

India’s Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant, Krunal Panday, Ravindra jadeja, Washington Sundar, Rahul Chahar, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Khaleel Ahmed, Deepak Chahar and Navdeep Saini.
On August 3 and 4 will be played at Fort Lauderhill, Florida at 8 PM (IST), while 6 at Providence Stadium, Guyana.
