BCCI announces Team India T20I, ODI squad against NZ

The Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) announced the 16-member squad for One-day International (ODI) and T20I series against New Zealand. India’s tour of New Zealand will last over a month and the Men in Blue will play 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs which will allow them to be mentally fresh for the Test series.
The first and second T20I will be played on January 24 and January 26 at Eden Park, Auckland, while the third match will be played on January 29 at Seddon Park, Hamilton followed by a fourth and fifth match on January 31st and February 2 at Westpac Stadium, Wellington and Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui respectively.

With regards to the ODI Series, the first match will be played on February 5 at Seddon Park, Hamilton, while the second will be played on February 8 at Eden Park, Auckland and the third match will be held on February 11 at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui.
India’s T20I squad: Virat Kohli (C), Rohit Sharma (VC), Sanju Samson, KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant (wk), Manish Pandey, Ravindra Jadeja Kuldeep Yadav; wrist-spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Shivam Dube Washington Sundar and bowlers Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Navdeep Saini, and Shardul Thakur.

India's ODI squad: Virat Kohli (C), Rohit Sharma (VC), Prithvi Shaw, Shreyas Iyer, Kuldeep Yadav, Rishabh Pant (wk), Kedar Jadhav, Ravindra Jadeja, Manish Pandey, KL Rahul; Yuzvendra Chahal, Shivam Dube, and bowlers Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Navdeep Saini, and Shardul Thakur.
However, opener Shikhar Dhawan, who was initially part of the T20 International (T20I) squad, has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury. Also, Hardik Pandya, who recently underwent surgery for a long-standing back injury, has not been named in the limited-overs squads.
