Adobe to launch iPad Version of Photoshop
Adobe is planning to announce the release of the newer version of the Photoshop for the iPad in October this year and will launch the app next year. This new version is a change of strategy of Adobe, which is mainly looking to attract all iPad users as well as professionals. Scott Belsky, Company’s chief product officer said, “My aspiration is to get these on the market as soon as possible.” Further adding to the statement, he said, “There’s a lot required to take a product as sophisticated and powerful as Photoshop and make the work on a modern device like the iPaD. We need to bring our products into this cloud-first collaboration era”. And the new version of the iPaD Pro is now enough powerful to support Adobe’s apps, Belsky also said. On the app store Premier, illustrator, and Photoshop of Adobe’s Creative cloud have been available for quite some time now, but, these are limited versions of the full knowledge. In the beginning the tablets overtake laptops as the tools of choice for many creators, Adobe planned that it was time to offer more properties to the iPaD and the new app will allow the users to continue editing the same project between devices.
