Abhishek Bachchan & Taapsee Pannu Movie "Manmarziyan" - Manmarziyan Movie | Actress Taapsee Pannu

After Mukkabaaz, Anurag Kashyap is directing another romantic-drama film “Manmarziyan” starring Abhishek Bacchan and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. The film is produced by Phantom Films and Colour Yellow Productions; and written by Kanika Dhillon. The shooting schedule for the film has started from February 2018 and is expected to be released on 7th September 2018.
Abhishek is doing a comeback with the film after two-years of break from Bollywood. The story revolves around Abhishek Bacchan, Vicky Kaushal, and Taapsee Pannu. First look of the film Manmarziyan is posted on Instagram where Abhishek can be seen in a different role wearing a turban. While actress Taapsee Pannu and actor Vicky Kaushal can be seen as a perfect young Punjabi couple.
This will be the first film of Taapsee and Vicky with Abhishek Bacchan. Actress Taapsee had worked with Amitabh Bacchan in the film “Pink” Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury in 2016. Vicky Kaushal had worked with Director Anurag Kashyap in Raman Raghav 2.0 playing a role of a drug-addled cop. The crew has been sharing the updates from the set of “Manmarziyan”; Taapsee to visit to the Golden Temple. Filmmakers are planning to shot some of the romantic sequence in Kashmir’s snowfall. Some portions will also be shot in Delhi. According to the sources, the initial cast included Bhumi Pednekar and Ayushmann Khurrana, who also worked in the films “Dum Lagake Haishaa” and “Shubh Mangal Savdhaan”. Also, Malayalam actor, Dulquer Salmaan was expected to make his Bollywood debut with Manmarziyan, but, he was replaced with Abhishek Bacchan later. Before Anurag Kashyap, Sameer Arya and Ashwiny Iyer Tiwary were approached for directing the film.   Taapsee will be next featured in sports-drama opposite Diljit Dosanjh in “Soorma”; while Vicky will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi opposite Alia Bhatt.
